Geocache Description:

This is a two-part cache that takes you on a bike ride or hike above the developing Ladera Ranch. The total round trip is less than 2 miles to get to the cache, but you can go further if you wish; do not violate any "No Trespassing" signs, but do not be concerned about ducking under a gate about 500 feet from the only trailhead I know about.

At the first location (coordinates listed above), you will find a 7-digit number (it looks like a phone number).
 
Subtract the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th digits of this 7-digit number from the decimal part of the minutes of latitude of the first location;
subtract the 5th, 6th, and 7th digits from the decimal part of the minutes of longitude of the first location.

These differences will yield the coordinates of the second location. For example, if the 7 digit number is "a bcd efg":
