Welcome to South Dakota
The route into South Dakota that this cache is located on is a very light traffic area. There are natural sites to see that are not visited by non local people much. Cascade Falls and Cascade Springs are two spots that should be visited.
This is not a normal 'welcome to' cache. It is not in plain view and a special TOTT will be required to retrieve the cache. Several different TOTT's could be used. Please be careful and safe. Please put the cache back where you found it to keep the DT rating true.
