Geocache Description:

CACHE IS NOT AT LISTED COORDINATES

On a cold and early morning, Mipha found herself back out in the town of Leesburg, and now, in front of the local hospital's imagery center. The place where they do MRI, CAT scans, and X-rays. Due to an emergency, Mipha had to start working for the hospital, and the staff would call her every now and then. Tonight was no different. They needed her tonight more than ever. She had to help them in the radiology section. Mipha put on her PPE, which was all really uncomfortable for her, but she had to wear it to go into the hospital. She was tired, due to the fact that it was 4 AM.

"Mipha, we called you in today to work in the recovery rooms. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have quite a lot of patients recovering from scans this morning.." a tall doctor said when Mipha arrived in the empty and quiet hospital hallway.
The hallway gave off a strong smell of chemicals and was cold. It was painted in a powder blue color. Mipha looked around the hall, for it was her first time being in the hall that she could remember. She usually took the back hallway for staff members, but today, it was closed. The blue hallway was mostly empty, except for a few things. To her left was an empty cot, not covered with any blankets, a supply cart that contained anesthesia masks and other tools, and a blanket warmer. To her right were two wheelchairs and a small room containing two scales, a blood pressure machine, a stadiometer, and a  door leading to a single-person restroom. It was empty and surreal, much as one would expect from a hospital hallway at 4 AM in the morning.

"Where do I need to go... I'm here to... help... do I go to 17 like I do every time I work in recovery? " Mipha said quietly, looking up at the tall man who stood but a few feet away from her.
"Yes, follow me. We have someone coming out of an MRI machine. Please roll their bed to recovery room #17 like you normally do," the doctor replied, who was looking down at Mipha.

"All right! I can do that," she replied.
The doctor walked up to a door that read 'MRI ROOM, STRONG MAGNETS IN USE' where he was greeted by a nurse wearing blue scrubs. "Alright, Mipha, the job's yours. Room #17, remember?" he asked Mipha.
"Yes!" she promptly, as she rolled the patient's bed down the silent hallway to automatic doors leading to RECOVERY SUITE, and the doors opened slowly, leading Mipha into a whole new room, or hallway, that is. She wheeled the cot over to the door labeled with the number 17 and placed the patient's bed inside. Now she had to watch over the girl who laid in the bed until she regained consciousness, and then she had to take care of the patient as well. After locking the bed's wheels in place, she decided to rest until her patient woke up.

After an hour, Mipha had finished up her work and was dismissed to go home. She was even more tired than before and wasn't sure if it would be safe for her to drive. She would've called Link to bring one of the others to pick her up and drive her home in her own car, but she didn't want to disturb her friends by calling them at 5 AM on a Monday. She thought it best to walk around the surrounding area and then rest in her car. Suddenly, she remembered something. The last time she was called in to work in the imagery center, she had hidden a small container somewhere in the area, but due to her fatigue, she couldn't recall if it was near the water tower, in a tree, or under a lamp skirt. Unfortunately, she was far too tired to look. Besides, it was too dark to see anyway. As Mipha walked back to her car, she checked the lamp skirt where she found a note that she had written earlier. It gave her a clue as to where her container was. Her note was faded, but after some time examining it, she found the solution. She did write it, after all.
"I remember where it is now!" She exclaimed

Her note read as follows:

I've hidden the container in a safe place that I'm sure that no one will find it in. In...the case that someone else is reading this, well, never mind.

As for myself, head towards N 39° AB.C9D, W 77° 3E.0F0
I won't recall what goes in A through F, so I've made a simple key for myself.
A = The number of eights in my ID number
B = The second digit in the number of the recovery room I usually work in
C = The 6th number on my ID card

D = The number of letters in my name
E = The number of letters in the name of the hospital on my ID minus 2
F = The fifth number on my ID card
I suppose that only I can solve these, but if anyone else is reading this, and solved my puzzle, great job!

You'll need to look at Mipha's ID to find one or more of the clues for the puzzle.

Can you decode Mipha's note and find her container?

NOTE: People are having a hard time doing this, so here's a hint:
