Depoe Bay Tour Adventure Lab.
The adventure lab will take you on a tour of the Depoe Bay's Sea Wall. The route is a little over a mile to walk. Parking is available but can be scarce at times. The last journal entry of the adventure lab will provide you with the final coordinates for this bonus cache.
