Ollerton War Memorial is a Grade II listed structure, achieving the status on 7 June 2019.
The memorial is made of Hopton Wood limestone and was designed and constructed by R Thompson of Ollerton.
Lady Savile unveiled the memorial on 30 September 1920 and it was dedicated by Reverend G J A D'Arcy, rural dean of Worksop. The total cost of the memorial and concrete base was £219 13s 10d. The site was donated by Lord Savile of Rufford Abbey who also paid for the laying out of the site as a memorial garden.
The memorial features dedications to men lost in 4 conflicts: WWI, WWII, Cyprus and Northern Ireland.
