Geocache Description:

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates!

In order to decipher the coordinates for this mystery geocache, you will need to complete the Adventure Lab titled "Columbia, Maryland: The Second 5 Villages." To do this, you need to install the Adventure Lab app on you smartphone. Once installed, you can access the Lab here.

After completing the Adventure, you will have the codes needed to find this cache. No need to write them down - they will be listed in the journal entries you unlocked during your Adventure. The location of this geocache will be walkable from the final location of the Adventure Lab (i.e., Columbia's tenth village), at the following coordinates:

N39 12.TCHRKC W076 55.DSRH

D/T rating considers the Adventure Lab in addition to the hide. The cache is near a road that may at times be busy, so please be careful retrieving it (the cache owner is not responsible for any incidents)! If you feel uneasy about this, please use the hint. There is no pen in the cache, so make sure you bring one. An unactivated FTF nano coin was left for the FTF.

Once you decipher the coordinates and find the Adventure Lab Cache, it will contain a clue for one quick, final adventure that allows you to learn about some features in Columbia you probably saw while completing the Lab. When you see the clue in the cache, I am sure you will want to go for this final adventure. If not, it will end up "bugging" you later! It's walkable from the cache, and (if you need it) there is a hint available below to help you figure out what you will be looking for when you get there.

As always: Don't be that guy! Please leave the cache as good as or better than you found it.

Want a Digital Banner for Your Profile?

For those geocachers who: (a) complete both Columbia, Maryland Adventure Labs; (b) find both corresponding mystery geocaches (GC8Y2QB and GC919RR), and (c) discover the final adventure for both of these bonus caches, I have created a digital banner that can be placed in one's geocaching profile. It can be found below. Enjoy!

***I was granted permission by Groundspeak HQ to create the corresponding Adventure Lab in part because of the initial group of persons who completed and rated my original Adventure "Columbia, Maryland: The First 5 Villages." Therefore, I wanted to show my appreciation (in alphabetical order) to those individuals:

Awesnap • Cacher_Alec • CachFire • DudleyGrunt • eseale1 • Hrmw • Katie~Did • lpaulriddle • MD Crab • MJBinski • NatsGeo6 • PathfinderMark • Run Amok • Sneaky_Molly • suedunkirkduo • Team_Palazzo • Trevelyan's R&R

THANK YOU!***
