** NOTE: To find this cache it is essential that you read the whole of this description before commencing the Adventure Lab or you are likely to make your experience at Tilgate more difficult and your walk somewhat longer!
The published co-ordinates are not for the location of this cache.
In order to find this cache you will need to complete Tilgate Treasures Adventure Lab
Completing the adventure lab and this bonus cache will take you on a walk of between 3 and 4 km depending on the route you take between locations. Our recommendation would be to start at Titmus Lake and finish with The Sun & The Moon.
When visiting each of the 5 locations given as part of the Adventure Lab process, you will be asked to find information / data available there with which you can provide answers to the questions posed.
Each time you answer a question correctly, you will be given a value for A, B, C, D or E. When you have completed the lab, you must substitute these values for their corresponding letters in the formula below to generate a set of co-ordinates which are those of the final location of this Bonus cache.
But it's not quite that simple! While you are out doing the Adventure Lab, you need to find 2 sets of information in addition to those provided in the course of doing the Adventure Lab.
On the route between the Heather Garden and the World Garden, you need to go to the waypoint identified on this cache as 'Slatted Bench'. Within 50 metres of this location, you will find the information to answer the question: How many letters are there in the surname of "Our Angel in Heaven"? Let that = F
On the route between the World Garden and the Peace Garden, you need to go to the waypoint identified on this cache as 'Arch of Remembrance'.
How many legs are there on the arch ? Let that number = G
How many ovoid shaped "knobs" are there on each leg? Let that number = H
The physical location of this cache can be found by substituting the values for the letters in the following formula:
N 051 05.(E-B)(G-B)(C-A) W 000 11.(A-D)(D-H)( F-H)
Have Fun!
