The Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation established in 1929, with 123 branches throughout the province, owns and administers over 300 000 acres of habitat land. This land ensures that "the wild life legacy we leave to our children surpasses which we inherited". The Kowalski property, an incredibly generous donation of 800 acres, was donated to the Saskatchewan Wildlife Federation in 2020. This property includes wetlands, native prairie, alfalfa, and stands of poplars. This is a great place to spot wildlife including deer, birds, and other smaller mammals. Take a walk, find a cache or two, and enjoy this beautiful property.
