I know Lowes isn't here any more, but the name popped into my head and I had to use it!
This was going to be a light pole cache, but the skirts on the light poles here are sealed down - don't they understand that geocachers have caches to place? But by using the stop sign I could give it a name that amused me, so I guess it worked out.
Container is a log only, so be sure to bring your preferred writing implement.
Should be a fairly simple park and grab.
