R/C Airplane Field near the Merrimack River
Our first hide: Park by the R/C Field at co-ords N 42° 50.448, W
71° 29.226 . Driving towards parking co-ords, the final turn is a
WICKED sharp right and under the rail-road tracks. Advice: Don't
park in direct line with the runway. Don't park behind gate if it's
open, as it may be locked behind you. Several paths lead off to
the right.
R/C Field is maintaned by the
Southern New Hampshire
Flying Eagles. If you're at all interested in R/C Planes, talk
to anyone there flying a plane. Tuesday nights and Sunday mornings
are the best times to see R/C planes flying.
