Ide o veľmi nebezpečný plazmid, ktorého gény vytvárajú rezistenciu na viaceré antibiotiká. Pracujte preto v sterilných boxoch typu BIO-hazard 2, aby ste zabránili kontaminácii vonkajšieho prostredia. Mohli by ste tak vytvoriť nebezpečnú patogénnu baktériu, ktorá nebude citlivá na tieto antibiotiká.
