Start by solving these snack-sized 4 by 4 sudoku-like puzzles; solutions must have no duplicate numbers within rows, columns, or diagonals. Once solved, identify the one solution within each of the 5 rows that is different from the others in that same row. Concatenate the 4 numbers from the top row of those five different puzzle solutions to form a 20-digit key. Use the key with the most widely-used stream cipher to decipher the following.
