Tämä geokätkö johdattaa etsijänsä keskelle metsää pronssikautiselle hiidenkiukaalle, paikkaan, johon ei helposti muuten eksyisi. Kätkö on saanut nimensä siitä, että meidän mummo ja pappa löysivät hiidenkiukaan metsäkävelyllään koronakeväällä 2020. Tämä on myös ensimmäinen tekemämme kätkö. Lapset jättivät purkkiin vaihtareita. This geocache leads you to a burial site from the bronze age, a huge pile of rocks called "hiidenkiuas". Hiidenkiuas means 'the sauna stove of a Hiisi', an ancient forest spirit. It's located in the middle of the forest in a place where one might not normally end up walking. The cache is called "Lisää löylyä mummo ja pappa", which loosely tranlates to "More water on the sauna stove, grandma and grandpa!" Our grandma and grandpa found the place during the spring of 2020, and because there was no cache here, we decided to make it our first geocache. The kids left some toys for swapping in the box.
