With three different parking options close by, I'm hoping that the small increase in activity in this area won't attract any undue attention to the actual cache. This one should be considerably more-challenging than #1.
After more than 1000 found, it is time to start placing some caches. As our extended sojourn to Maryland stretches to more than half a year, I have noticed a complete lack of caches in Huntington, except for a few in the woods. It is time to rectify that.
These caches are placed in honor of the morning walks that I take with my partner and daughter. This is #2 in the series. We have enjoyed these throughout the three seasons we have been here, noticing the changes in trees, the home decorations, the other walkers with their dogs and children, and some good spots to place caches.
This one is named in honor of highlights of the short path that runs from Polished Stone to the totlot on Vollmerhausen Road. A small bamboo grove, a very calm dog named Ginger, and a statue of an ape who is watching over some recently-removed trees are a part of each morning's walk, and we are thankful for all of them.
