This is one of several caches that I will be setting in my hometown on the weekends I go out to visit. I have several more planned so stay tuned for more to show up in the area! I hope y'all enjoy them!
Welcome to Bailey Field. This is a small recreation area that is used for baseball, softball, and dixie youth teams. Shongaloo High School (SHS) the old school used to use it quite a bit in later years before they closed, reconsolidated, and became North Webster Lower Elementary School. (NWLES) There is a very nice paved walking track around the area.
You may see a few locals out walking the track, out playing ball during game season, or possibly my niece out there riding her bike with her mom. (EPK2013) So be watchful for muggles.
There is parking inside the gate near the big oak and it'll be a short walk along part of the track to get to the cache. You will be looking for a camo pill bottle. Elevated a bit so kids may need help reaching it. There is room for small trade items if you'd like to leave them, but you'll have to bring your own pen. Please place back as you found it and happy hunting!
NOTE: Terrain rating of 2 given because once you leave the track, you cross a small ditch before reaching the cache.
