I recently found this area and got the idea it would be nice to have a series of caches starting from Knockannavea (https://mountainviews.ie/summit/1064/) and continuing to the Liffey river on the other side of the road. More caches to come, watch the space!
This is the fourteenth cache of the series. It can be approached after

Actually I did not intend to place this cache initially, but after I was walking to Liffey I found out this nice trail and could not resist the temptation. It is a bit tricky with parking at the gate as there isn't much space. If you decide to park there, someone should be in the car to be ready to move it.
The cache is placed in accordance with the 'Leave no trace' principle. Please bring your own pen
