There is no cache at the published coordinates.
This is a bonus physical cache for those who finish the two Great North Road Adventure Labs :
Parking is limited at the start of either Devines Hill and Finchs Line sections of The Great North Road. The suggested approach is to park at the posted coordinates for this cache, then cross the river via the vehicular ferry as a pedestrian (follow the ferry master's directions for when to get on and off), making your way along Settlers Road on the left to the start of the Devines Hill section of The Great North Road (650m). At the top of Devines Hill (1.8km) there is easy access to Finchs Line along The Great North Road (450m) before the top entry to Finchs Line. Follow Finchs Line back down to Wisemans Ferry Road (5.1km). Now walk back along Wisemans Ferry Road to the ferry (1.9km).
Upon completion of the Adventure Labs, you will have enough information in hand to work out the final coordinates for this cache. Do be mindful of muggles as they are often near GZ. Please take note of the local conditions (cache attributes), and come prepared.
