At the end of Darling Street, you will find an old timber jetty that has been extended with a more modern bit. One of the many lovely beaches of this area stretches both ways from the jetty. Unfortunately no dogs allowed on this little stretch of beach. [Dog off lead area 24x7x365 south past the boat ramp]. You may get wet feet for this one if the tide is very high.
This jetty is a popular fishing spot. This end of Darling Street also offers picnic tables, an outdoor shower, bins and a pedestrian entrance to the local caravan park which always offers a nice walk. Plenty of parking including parking for larger vehicvles.
