La chiesa di Santo Stefano a Bibione è una chiesa moderna e si trova all'interno dell'hotel omonimo. Aperta solo in estate è gestita dallo staff dell'hotel stesso durante la stagione effettua delle funzioni religiose. Pur non disponendo di campane queste vengono simulate tramite altoparlante.
