Colours and Cracks Traditional Cache

Take a walk through the lovely neighbourhood of Abbeydale and take a moment to admire these concrete slabs! Although one side appears to be plain, you'll find a work of art on the other. These concrete blocks were designed to prevent cars from entering the open field. Even though there are cracks  in some of these blocks, the lovely art will leave you in awe. You can even have a seat on the benches where you can see nature's beauty on one side, or get a glimpse of Calgary's beautiful downtown in the far distance on the other. We're always told to look above and beyond, but what about low and beneath?
