The bonus cache for completing the Adventure lab in the title is not at the above co-ordinates but is not too far away.
The co-ordinates here are near to the remains of Stublick colliery which supplied coal for the Langley Smelt mill. The chimney on the skyline is at the end of the flues for that mill.
