This series commemorates my 50+ years of snowmobiling and the 20 snowmobiles my family and I had fun on during that time. In 1967, our family started snowmobiling in Syracuse, New York. Back then we would ride on Oneida Lake, or any field we could get permission to ride on. A special thanks to Mark & Glenn for helping me with this series.
This was our 18th sled and the first sled I purchased for myself. I bought it new, after we sold the 1996 Indy Lite 340. It had a 600cc liquid-cooled, twin cylinder, Variable Exhaust System (VES) motor producing around 110 horsepower! It may have taken 30 years, but I finally broke the 100 horsepower mark! This was the fastest sled I've ever ridden up to that point in time. I had a lot of fun times ridding this sled out to Tip-Up-Town. No issues in the 3 seasons I owned it. It was sold it to the guy across the street from our cottage who enjoyed it for a few more seasons, before him and his wife switched to a 2-up touring sled.
Congratulations to Bandit35757 on the FTF!
