The Area:
The cache is located in the Halton Agreement Forest with a few access points. For this set of caches the closest parking is off of 4th Line. The trails are well maintained and are popular with bikers and hikers. There area many other caches in the area to give you hours of fun in this great forest. I would advice checking out the HAFTA website to find a trail map or use the Geocaching Trail map or the Ontario Trails Porject by Gregory Pleau. There are also a few night caches for those who want another adventure!
The Cache:
This cache is along "The Den" trail which is a 2.3km loop trail. Its called The Den because there are countless porqupine dens along here. You should see some evidence that they're around on your hike. It offers great scenery and an abundance of animals. In my recent hikes in here I've seen deer, squirrels and birds.
The container is a plastic ammo can.
GPS service can be spotty back here so a detailed hint is available.
The cache is also part of an Adventure Lab, it can be found HERE.
Enjoy your hike/bike!
