Rules is rules... in the Geocaching world if you find a nice place and you have a cache container in your pocket you place a cache.
Some of my Lockdown 2020 and Lockdown v2 walks took me up this road on foot whereas previously I had been going uphill in my car, worried that a big truck was going to come the other way. So it took me until this year to look down the hill at the views, and I quite liked them. So a cache was born - initially part of an extended series, but eventually standalone. For once, not "Don't look back", but "Please look back"!
There is parking for one car just at GZ so come here and appreciate the views over Carrigtwohill and if you're very lucky, the Knockmealdowns and a bit of the Galtees. And the back end of Cork Harbour, of course.
