A tribute to GC1CE5D – Nairnia by Glacier_ice
If you enjoy the books or the movies, this one's for you. A four (4) stage multi that will require some driving between stages.
I recently picked up a deluxe copy of the Chronicles of Narnia at a second hand store for $2.99 (what a deal!) and while I have been rereading it, I have been thinking about the original Nairnia multi cache. The original may not have been my first multi, but it was one of my first truly memorable geocaches. It took many trips between crackerjackie and I and we had many discussions about our multiple trips to the various stages. I had the geocache on my watchlist for many years and enjoyed reading the logs as new geocachers described their experience, so please post a story about yours when you log your cache.
Thank you Glacier_ice for the original Nairnia multi-cache and a memorable experience!
We published this cache in a sneaky way as to not ruin the details for him so that he would have a chance at FTF. It worked! Congratulations to Glacier_ice, JB and missionMode on FTF.
Some instructions:
Stage 1: The Lion - You do not need to open, remove anything, coordinates are in plain sight in some form or another.
Stage 2: The Witch – Same as the first stage in that you do not need to open, poke your fingers in or remove anything, but is not the same type of hide. Coordinates are in plain sight. If your device shows GZ in the street, you should be right in front of the business on the sidewalk to start your search. You may also want to check out the nearby buisness. So many cool things.
Stage 3: The Wardrobe – Same as the first two stages in that you do not need to open, poke your fingers in or remove anything, but is not the same type of hide as the first two. Coordinates are in plain sight.
Stage 4 (Final): Nairnia – this is a physical geocache.
Two Travel Bugs, Aslan the Lion and Jadis the Witch, began their journey at this geocache, click the link to follow their progress.
