The cache is not at the posted co-ordinates.
The posted co-ordinates are outside the Gate City Brewing Co and are also the end of an Adventure Lab cache called 'Craft Brewing in the Atlanta Suburbs'. To get the final co-ordinates simply complete the Adventure Lab.
The final is a short walk from the end of the Adventure Lab.
