👻 Haunted Brighton Ghost Hunt - The Bonus 👻 Mystery Cache

Welcome to Brighton, and welcome to the Bonus cache for the Haunted Brighton Ghost Hunt Adventure Lab series, launched on the spookiest day of the year – Halloween 2020! 🎃

Brighton is known for its beach, tourist attractions and shopping, but did you know that it has a darker and spookier side?

Brighton is reportedly one of the most haunted cities in the UK, with a plethora of ghost stories covering pubs, theatres, museums, hotels, houses and even the seafront.

The Adventure Lab series will take you on a spooky stroll around five haunted spots in the city centre, and at each location you’ll find out a bit about the eerie location and have to answer a question before getting one of the numbers for the coordinates. To access the Adventure Labs series, you need to go to your Geocaching Adventures app or https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/hauntedbrighton 

All the lab cache locations are close to each other and can be found in any order - though you may wish to save the Brighton Dome lab cache to the end! The final cache is a nano that is hidden not too far away in a slightly quieter location, but please still be stealthy!

Update on Saturday 18 September 2021: The coordinates have been moved very slightly following a GPS check. The numbers in the Adventure Labs and the formula above have been updated, though the final hiding spot is the same. Anyone who has solved the coordinates before this will likely still be very close by, but, just in case, you can get to the new (hopefully more accurate) coordinates by adding .006 to the Northing and deducting .002 from the Westing.
