The Brooklyn 1905 Tour is an 8-Cache Series.  You will be awarded a special prize (optional) if you Find all of the caches in this series.  See the instructions below to find out how you can collect your prize.

Site #6 Special Word = In the front of the building, up near the roof peek, there is a stone block that shows the year that the Community Building was built.  What year is shown on the block?

The Brooklyn Community Center was built by the Civilian Conservation Corp in partnership with the American Legion. It has been home to the Clerk's Office, Library, Police Department, and Municipal Court. It is currently occupied by the Police Department. This sturdy historic building is decorated every holiday season by the Village Recreation Committee.

At every Site on the Tour you will be asked to identify a Special Word.

1.  Write down the Special Word for each Site.

2.  When you have found all of the caches on the Brooklyn 1905 Tour, submit your completed list to the Brooklyn Area Chamber of Commerce, brooklynareachamber@gmail.com to get your Reward.  You can submit your answers in person( call ahead to Village Clerk's Office) or by mail (be sure to include your name and return address):
