Più di recente, la stessa zona è stata anche prescelta per dei progetti immobiliari residenziali fortemente innovativi, come quello collocato tra Via Ettore Rolli e Via Portuense.

If you move south from the heart of Trastevere along Viale di Trastevere towards Trastevere Railway Station, you will come across some relatively modern buildings and complexes for commercial or office use. The cache is hidden in this area.
More recently, the same area has also been chosen for highly innovative residential real estate projects, such as the one located between Via Ettore Rolli and Via Portuense.
