If you enter the cemetery gates, at the posted coordinates you will find a World War II veteran with two grave markers. Facing those two markers, you will find another veteran's marker to your left.

A = left-hand veteran's month of birth
B = # of letters in first name of veteran at posted coordinates
C = last number in rank of veteran at posted coordinates
X = first digit in day of death of veteran at posted coordinates (X2)
Y = last digit in state of left-hand veteran (convert to the obvious number - don't overthink it)
If you're interested, there is a benchmark at the south-east corner outside the cemetery fence.
The checksum for the north is 35. The checksum for the west is 21.
