Hurricane Zeta shattered records throughout its life from a tropical storm formation to a category 2 hurricane as it came upon landfall in Cocodrie, Louisiana on October 28, 2020. It is the fifth named storm to hit Louisiana in 2020 and the strongest ever to move over New Orleans.
Zeta's remnants moved across Georgia the following day, October 29. The greater Atlanta area was affected with power outages, school closings, flooding and three deaths. Hall County suffered from the heavy rain and intense wind as well.
Zeta is the 27th named storm of the 2020 Atlantic Hurricane season for 2020 (as if Covid alone wasn't enough.) This cache is being placed as a reminder that Nature > Man.
