Ok, so this cache isn't at the posted coordiantes. The coordinates will take you to the middle of the possibile options. There are six possible light poles surrounding you once you reach ground zero, the froggy could be at any of them. The fun of this one lies in once you find him, you can move him to any of the other six light poles. This little frog loves to jump! The question is, can you find him on the first try? Sundays aren't the best time to try to find this one, just a piece of advice.
