Not quite as risky as Drop Dead, but will require you to get down on your hands and knees and, as the name suggests, teeter on the brink. You are looking for a small camouflaged bottle with a log and a coin. Due to its position, I would not send a small child in to find, although it is quite safe (I am still alive).
