Geocache Description:

How often you can log a geocache as found.
The frequency of finding your first cache.
The number of times you will be in this moment.

The Once in a Lifetime geocaching series...continues here, with some data analysis of the current OIAL series!

Congrats to bon scott for the FTS!
Congrats to pod227 for the FTF!

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. Solve this puzzle to determine the cache's actual location.

This installment of the Once In A Lifetime series is going a little "meta," with a look at the find stats on the 68 OIAL caches that have been published so far. There are a bunch of questions on data analysis, with a focus on ties, or data values that are SAME AS IT is from another geocacher. You may want to familiarize yourself with these strategies for assigning rankings:

1 Standard competition ranking ("1224" ranking)
2 Modified competition ranking ("1334" ranking)
   3 Dense ranking ("1223" ranking)
   4 Ordinal ranking ("1234" ranking)
   5 Fractional ranking ("1 2.5 2.5 4" ranking)

All questions reference the graphic above; you can click on it to see it bigger.

A. pod227's dense ranking
B. the cacher whose ranking is invariant, regardless of strategy (# letters)
C. the strategy (1, 2, 3, 4, 5--see the numbers next to the strategy) that would give catchapig the rank with the smallest number
D. the smallest number of geocaches found for an additional, hypothetical cacher to rank #23 or better, regardless of strategy
E. # cachers who would have a ranking of #23, under fractional ranking
F. the strategy (1, 2, 3, 4, 5--see the numbers next to the strategy) that is used in the graphic (look at what is next to the cachers' names)
G. under standard competition ranking, the difference in ranks between EmmaBoo227 and bon scott
H. # geocaches found for the cacher whose ordinal rank is #19
I. the strategy (1, 2, 3, 4, 5--see the numbers next to the strategy) that produces a rank of #15 for Team Bardini
J. imcaver's modified competition ranking
K. smallest # of additional finds that skwirlqueen would need, holding others constant, to improve her modified competition ranking by seven places
L. three times my dense ranking (I have four OIAL finds, but I don't appear on this graphic)

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
