The cherry blossoms must have awakened my brain because I finally cracked the code to three things I have wanted to do for a while now: use these awesome dummy coordinates, hide my first evilish container, and make my first puzzle cache. I managed to do them all in the same hide!
The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but they are the key to solving this puzzle. You will need to enter the name of a specific city into the checker to get the final coordinates. The city has over 2,000,000 people in it.
You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
