This is an interesting location, and surprisingly enough there was no geocache near it, but there now is! This place was listed in an online article about "Vanishing North Georgia" and has a good bit of information and detailed photos.
Regarding the geocache itself, you're seeking a small-medium sized camoflaged pill bottle.
Please note, this geocache is NOT located on the cemetery property, but is accessible via the gravel road near it. You can park within about 30 feet. Coordinates were averaged for a 3 minute period with my phone, but should be pretty close.
Due to the proximity of the cemetery across on the other side, hunting this one at night is not recommended.
