Park Rules:
Hunt while it's light out
Don't feed the critters
Finding the Cache:
I reach for the sky, but cling to the ground,
Sometimes I leave, but I’m always around.
I have rings but no fingers and bark but no tail,
If you can lift "14 pounds", you will prevail.
*note - the title is not a clue - it just refers to the area where the cache is hidden.
REPLACING THE CACHE
Due to the nature of the hide, it's pretty important that you put it back where you found it, and replace anything that was covering it up. Thank you!
About the park:
The Peachtree Heights East neighborhood proudly boasts its own natural treasure, Duck Pond Park. One of the most serene, natural environments in Atlanta, the park is set on nearly 7.5 acres of green space and rolling terrain. It was created over a century ago as the heart of the Peachtree Heights East and is now home to more than 40 species of birds. Ducks from Bobby Jones Golf Course regularly fly over to the park for lunch.
