Bring your own pen or pencil. Cache is a small 35mm size container. Log sheet is Rite-in-the-Rain paper, so it should be able to write on when it's wet.
This is a new development with roads and paved walking trail. Only a couple houses being built when this cache was placed. And some commercial development.
