While checking out the rock walls of town, and climbing numerous covered staircases to get to them, I decided that this spot needed a cache again!
Park downtown near the City Hall/Post Office corner and start climbing the (surprisingly busy) Spokane Street stairs. Before reaching Green Street, find this quick and easy cache in the wall. Yes, look in that obvious spot first!
Apparently, this wall is a fairly recent addition to the city. I was told that Spokane Street used to continue on through to the top street! Take a minute to imagine how steep that must have been!!!
