You are searching for the marker for Private Arthur Cliff. There may be two markers and while the information is consistent, one of the two is missing the longitude information. So I recommend you use the older looking white marker and not the granite one. Arthur no doubt descends from the family of which Cliff Road was named. Arthur was an alumni of Rosemount High School which first opened the same year of his death. Arthur was killed in action somewhere in the vicinity of Haute-Alsace, France, during The Great War just three weeks short of the official end of the war.
