As the original got muggled, I had to place a replacement. Starting with the information you have above, adjust your coordinates as follows to get the new location.
Add 0.025 to Latitude.
Add 0.207 to Longitude.
This will be harder to find if we have had snow. Also, while the location is totally accessible for a wheel chair, it would be quite the stretch to reach this. Maybe if you are very flexible you could make the grab.
