Background: I've been looking for a good spot for this for awhile. I wanted a spot not too far out of town, but deep enough in the woods that it would be less likely to be muggled. Today, I found that spot on this sunshining cloudy but not rainy fall day. I saw a promising pull out (parking solved) and looked around, at first I saw a promising log but as I approached the log, I looked past it and the final spot beckoned like it had a sunshine beam upon it. "Choose me!!"
Where's that cache? In the woods, over or around a log, past a fern or three, and down yonder amongst the trees.
Be warned: this general area is a popular hunting area in the fall. Bright clothing is advised. Don't look like a deer!
