Superior, Then and Now Adventure Lab will take you to five locations. Upon completing the question at each stop you will receive a number to the location of the bonus cache. The adventure lab can be completed in any order.
Superior is an example of mining towns that prospered on and off for nearly a century starting in the late 1800s. A once thriving community of over 8000 residents to a current population of less than half that, Superior is working hard to restore their historic buildings and their identity from a community dependent on the mining industry to one of artistic and culinary pursuits. Tourists are lured to the area for outdoor activities such as hiking Picket Post and viewing the flora and fauna at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum.
Superior is home to a number of festivals honoring their heritage: Apache Leap Mining Festival, Prickly Pear Festival, and Historic Homes Tour.
