I used to love seeing that bumper sticker growing up, and i think it sums up Geocaching nicely! Start out by wandering up the Indepence Mountain South Loop from the parking lot, (you can take the North loop as well, it's just longer to the top). Once you reach the top you'll head West at the junction up the Independce Mountain Trail. Not much sun on this side of the hill, so make sure you come prepared with proper clothing, foot ware and a hiking pole(s). In the winter you will encounter icy, slick, snowpacked trail conditions. Closer to GZ you'll leave the main trail just a little bit to begin your search. Make sure you continue on up to the cache up above for spectacular views of the Continental Divide all the way down into Denver and beyond! You are searching for a cylindrical camo Tea Tin.
