My brother and I have always enjoyed the woods since our parents took us camping when we were children. The trails on Monte Sano State Park are a wonderful way to escape from the city for a few hours. Even though he moved to Florida several years ago, each fall we venture back on this trail to enjoy the colorful leaves and cool weather. This cache should be pretty easy to find any time of the year, but especially in the fall and winter. Just a bit south along the trail is a covered shelter which is a great place to sit and rest a spell. We've had many wonderful conversations there.
