Come prepared to enjoy the park in the summer (and also in winter).
Borden Park has undergone a metamorphosis a couple of years ago. The pool is changed to a very different ecological pool and there are at least 11 sculptures added to the park (see note below), the old bandshell has been reworked and the bathrooms near the cache are in the nicest and prettiest bathroom building in the city (although they may not be available in the winter). It also has a very neat playground for kids. So when you come to find this cache plan on spending some time enjoying this park. My personal favorite sculpture is basically south of the cache, visible from 112 Ave. and definitely stands out. The playground is near 112 Ave. toward the east end of the treed area. There are lots of picnic tables and shelters.
Note: Some of the sculptures generally change every avery couple of years. This year the City took out some and haven't replaced them yet so there are only about 5 around when this cache was placed.
