This is very close to where another cache I placed was, until recently. However, that's another story.
This is named after a 1972 Neil Young song, The Needle and the Damage Done, where Young observed how fellow musicians’ heroin addiction was ruining them, both as musicians and as men. According to Young, "milk blood" was the practice among heroin addicts of selling you blood for money, and using the money to buy your next fix. It might seem like something out of the Dark Ages, but a fact. Young lost a member of his band Crazy Horse and a roadie to heroin overdoses.
This can be a high muggle location. Even if there are only a few muggles, you might still be easily seen.
Congratulations to JohnnyC_64 for the FTF and for being daring!
