I was standing out in the Octagon and heard this little chirp getting drowned out in the calls of the many seagulls which has taken over the Octagon.I followed the chirp and noticed a new cool installation advertising the Plan D locations in the ISite and well I agree there are some pretty cool spots around the city.
Unfortunately tests of the chirp inside a building meant you wouldn't get to hear where this final was from outside, so my plan D was to turn this to a traditional and added to the Plan D cache collection. You can find the others at these locations;
Sort of is Edinburgh (Otago) GC95F50
Like the Amazon without the Anacondas? (Dunedin) GC94WTR
Similar to the Northern Lights (Dunedin) GC94VJP
They're Much Older Than That (Otago) GC940JM
It's like Bali? (Otago) GC91BQK
Whilst you are waiting for muggles take time to appriciate the artwork and read the panel, 20m away at S 45° 52.447' E 170° 30.357', there is alot of artwork being incorperated into the cities infrastructure and I enjoyed how they incorprated another part of this cities history into it - who thought drains would be so intresting :)
This it is in a very high muggle area (hence the higher D rating) - so you need to do up your laces to the right of the lampost and don't rush to find this cache, The smaller bars are not magnetic so don't be fooled into trying to tuck it away after.If it is too busy leave it for 20mins and come back again or go look at the intresting artwork mentioned below 20m away. Please take care when rehiding and if asked been honset about what you are doing. Due to past issues with items left in public places around here the container is clearly marked and maybe visible to very curious muggles but thats ok - rather them look than call the police on an unidentified item.
