The Cache is obviously NOT at the posted virtual coordinates. This is a BONUS cache that can only be solved if you first complete a nearby "Adventure Lab" cache. Advenure Lab is a somewhat new opportunity offered by Geocaching.com and requires a separate APP on your smartphone.

Use the Adventure Lab app to complete the 5-stop "Venetian Garden Walking Tour". Two of the stops on the tour have a WORD as the required answer to unlock the clue. By trial and error, use one of those words as a KEYWORD in solving the encrypted coordinates. There are many Encryptions and Ciphers used by geocachers and you should become familiar with them at GeocachingToolbox.com.
