This geocache is located at an historic monument displaying parts of the drive system for the Gladstone Ropeway that was erected in 1883 between Wentworth Falls and Leura. It is an easy find with parking nearby and opposite, the Megalong Tea Rooms cafe which is a great spot to have a snack after you find the cache.
